How long will my order take to be shipped?
At Global Footcare, we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, which is why we use express shipping on all orders. Any order made before 2pm will be shipped out the same business day. Any order made after 2pm will usually be shipped the following business day.
Business days refer to Monday-Friday with the exception of major New Zealand holidays.
NOTE: Any aerosol items may take an extra 1 - 2 business days to be delivered, as aersols cannot be shipped by air, and will need to be delivered by road.
When can I expect my delivery?
Your order may be shipped from either our New Zealand or Australian warehouse based on stock availability.
Metro: Up to 2 Business Day
Rural: Up to 5 Business Days.
Up to 3-7 Business Day
You will be emailed a tracking number and the courier used when your order is shipped from our warehouse.

EXTENDED RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We’re spreading some holiday cheer this season! Any orders made between November 20th and December 15th are eligible for free returns and exchanges until January 14th, as long as it complies with our policy;
* The item must be in resellable condition,
* Consumable items cannot be returned,
* Only orders over $99.00 qualify for a free returns label.
Can I return an item?
You may return an item within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is in original condition with original packaging.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Please follow these steps:
- Contact customer service via phone: 0800 827 954 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org, to organise a return or exchange.
- Repackage your merchandise in its original packaging and include the completed form.
- Place the shoe box(s) into a shipping carton or satchel, and include the 'To' address: Vionic Shoes, Unit 5/9A Jupiter Grove, Trentham, Upper Hutt 5018, New Zealand. Also include any other documentation needed.
- Drop off your package at any authorized New Zealand Post location, or give it directly to your mail carrier. Please allow up to 5 days after we have received for the credit to show on your statement.

We are confident you'll love our products, so much so that we have given you 30 days to try out your new items! If you don't find your pruchase suitable, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund less shipping costs.

How much does returning an item cost?
If you are looking to return an item, you will need to contact the customer service team for more information. Be sure to package the goods securely. We recommend using a reigistered courier, if you do not, there is no guarantee your order will make its way back to us. For more information, please click the returns tab.
Threds items cannot be returned, unless gifted to you, due to the consumable nature of the product. If this is the case, please contact customer service to organise a store credit.
